RDX
An organic explosive compound. Common ingredient for military-grade explosives. RDX is a production material — it never goes into the mixing station. It is an explosive crafting material for late-game jobs — it never touches the mixing station. It costs $5000 and unlocks at Street Rat rank (tier 0).
Price & Unlock Rank
| Purchase price | $5000 |
|---|---|
| Unlock rank | Street Rat (tier 0) |
| Role | Production material |
| Resell value | $2500 (50% of cost) |
Stock up before a production run: RDX is consumed by the chemistry station in bulk, and the resell value is only half the purchase price, so buy what you need.
Effects It Adds
None. RDX carries no mixing effects in the v0.4.7 data — the 16 mixing ingredients are the only items the station accepts, and this is not one of them. Its entire value is in production: an explosive crafting material for late-game jobs — it never touches the mixing station. If you want effects on your product, pick a mixing ingredient from the ingredients list.
Where It's Used
RDX supports late-game crafting jobs rather than any product line. For mixing math, everything starts from the best mixes hub.
