The v0.4.7 data dump carries no in-game description string for this effect — it exists in the game files with a full price profile, but TVGS never wrote its player-facing text. Cyclopean is a tier-5 effect that adds +56% of the product's base value to the sell price and contributes 0.100 addictiveness to the customer. Like all effects it stacks with the others already on a product, up to the 8-effect limit, and it can be mixed onto any product in the game.
Which Ingredient Adds It
No ingredient in the v0.4.7 data adds Cyclopean directly — the ingredient shelf reaches 16 of the game's 35 effects, and this is not one of them. It can still appear on a product through effect transformations during mixing or as part of scripted content; the transformation table is derived from the game's own mix-map data, and this page will list every confirmed chain once they are nailed down.

Price Multiplier
Cyclopean adds +56% of the base value. Because the bonus scales with the product's base price, the same effect is worth a different dollar amount depending on what you mix it onto:
